Gepur Gift Certificate Rules

INTRODUCTION

1.  These rules are the sole and official (approved) rules regarding the procedure and conditions for purchasing and using "Gepur" Gift Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate) in "Gepur" Stores (hereinafter referred to as the Stores) and on the website "gepur.com" (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
2. The Certificate is valid exclusively for products presented on the website and in stores under the "Gepur" trademark.
3. Shipping and packaging cannot be paid for using the Certificate.
4. The Certificate may exist in the form of a plastic card or as a barcode/other numerical value, either electronically or printed on paper.
5. Each consumer is required to familiarize themselves with these Rules, agree (accept) them, and comply with them before using the Certificate.
6. The rules operate under the terms of an adhesion contract, as defined by the current legislation of Ukraine.
7. If the consumer purchases the Certificate as a gift, then: 
   1. The obligation to properly communicate the conditions of these Rules to each Recipient, the validity period of the Certificate, and its activation date lies with the gift-giver of the Certificate. 
   2. The obligation to properly familiarize themselves with and comply with these Rules lies with the Recipient. 
8. The Website and the Store are not responsible for any failure to comply with these Rules by consumers or other third parties.  

PURCHASE OF A GIFT CERTIFICATE 

1. The Certificate in the form of a plastic card can be purchased at any "Gepur" store, in the form of a barcode (electronically) on the website https://gepur.com/, on the official Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/gepurofficial, via the "Gepur" app, or on the website https://giftmall.com.ua/ (if the Certificate is available for purchase or the service is active).
2. The "Gepur" Certificate is issued in four denominations: 
   1. Gift Certificate worth 500 UAH
   2. Gift Certificate worth 1000 UAH
   3. Gift Certificate worth 2000 UAH
   4. Gift Certificate worth 2500 UAH
3. The website or store reserves the right, without any additional notice or notification, to unilaterally cancel the existing denominations or add new denominations to the list.
4. All active denominations remain valid until the expiration of their validity period.
5. The sale price of the Certificate matches its denomination. 
6. No discounts apply when purchasing the Certificate, unless otherwise expressly and in writing agreed upon by the Parties. 
7. A Certificate of any denomination is ready for use (activated) on the day of its purchase. 
8. The buyer is personally responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the recipient's contact details when purchasing the Certificate in the form of a barcode (electronically) and for the details required for the electronic receipt, specifically: the recipient's name, the recipient's email address, and/or the electronic receipt. 
9. In the event of an error (incorrectly entered data) in the recipient's email address, the website or store has the right to refuse the buyer's request for a refund or for sending the Certificate to a different email address if the buyer made a mistake in the email address. 

USAGE OF THE CERTIFICATE

1. Gift Certificate: The "Gepur" Certificate can be redeemed (used) for the amount specified on the Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate's denomination): 
   1. For purchases of any product(s) from the assortment in any "Gepur" store.
   2. For purchases of products from the assortment on the website https://gepur.com/.
   3. For purchases of products on the official Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/gepurofficial.
2. The Certificate is not a payment method or financial document. 
3. The Certificate can be used only once and only in one "Gepur" store, or for one purchase on a single receipt on the website. 
4. When making a purchase using the Certificate:
   1. A plastic card Certificate will be confiscated by the cashier.
   2. A barcode Certificate will be deactivated.
5. The Certificate used when placing an order on the website will be deactivated.   
6. For a single purchase, one or more Certificates, either in the form of plastic cards or barcodes (including printed versions), can be used together.
7. Specifics for Using the Certificate in a "Gepur" Store:
   1. If the price of the selected item exceeds the Certificate's denomination, the consumer must pay the difference between the item’s price and the Certificate’s denomination. 
   2. If the price of the selected item is less than the Certificate’s denomination, the difference between the purchase amount and the Certificate’s denomination is not refunded.
8. Specifics for Using the Certificate on the Website:
   1. When proceeding to the "Checkout" page on https://gepur.com/, the consumer must enter the Certificate number in the corresponding field. If the price of the selected item in the "Total" field exceeds the Certificate’s denomination, the consumer must pay the difference. If the price of the selected item is less than the Certificate’s denomination, the difference is not refunded. 
9. When choosing "Nova Poshta" delivery with cash on delivery, the Certificate cannot be used for prepayment of the order.
10. The Certificate cannot be used to pay for the services "Fitting" or "Reservation."
11. In case of returning a product purchased with a Certificate, the monetary equivalent of the Certificate is not refunded. The product may be exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value. The difference in value is not refunded.
12. If a product was partially paid for with a Certificate and partially with cash, the cash paid for the item (accounting for the amount of the Certificate used) may be refunded to the customer using the provided payment details. 
13. The Certificate cannot be exchanged and/or refunded, including for Certificates of other denominations.
14. The Certificate is valid for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase and the first activation.
15. To check the validity period of the Certificate, you can:
    1. Visit any "Gepur" store (ask the staff); 
    2. Call the hotline at 0 800 208-832 (calls within Ukraine are free).
16. The website or store is not responsible for the consumer's (or Recipient’s) failure to use the Certificate within its validity period (e.g., untimely request for use, requests made after the Certificate has expired, etc.). 
17. After the expiration date, the Certificate cannot be returned or exchanged for goods. 

OTHER TERMS

1. By purchasing or using the Certificate, the consumer confirms that they have read these Rules, agrees to them, and commits to adhering to and complying with them.
2. Information about the rules for purchasing and using the Certificate is provided by placing these Rules in "Gepur" stores, on the official website at https://gepur.com/, and via phone at 0 800 208-832 (all calls within Ukraine are free). 
3. The website and store have the right to make changes to these Rules. Notification of changes is made by posting the updated version of the Rules at https://gepur.com/.
