Rules regarding Gepur Gift Certificates

Procedure, conditions for purchasing and using GEPUR Gift Certificates

INTRODUCTION

These Rules are the sole and official (approved) rules regarding the procedure and terms for the purchase and use of GEPUR Gift Certificates (hereinafter referred to as the Certificate) in GEPUR Stores (hereinafter referred to as the Stores) and on the Website gepur.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

The Certificate applies exclusively to products presented on the Website and in the Stores under the GEPUR trademark.
Delivery and packaging cannot be paid for with the Certificate.
The Certificate may be presented in the form of a plastic card or an Electronic certificate (in the form of a barcode or another digital code).
Each consumer, before using the Certificate, is obliged to ознакомиться with these Rules, agree to (accept) them, and duly comply with them.
These Rules operate under the terms of an adhesion contract within the meaning of the current legislation of Ukraine.
If a consumer receives the Certificate as a gift, then:
1. the obligation to properly communicate the terms of these Rules to each Recipient, as well as the validity period of the Certificate and the date of its activation, is imposed on the donor of the Certificate;
2. the obligation to properly review and comply with these Rules is imposed on the Recipient.
The Website and the Store shall not be liable for the failure to comply with or observe these Rules by consumers or other third parties.

PURCHASE OF THE GIFT CERTIFICATE

A Certificate in the form of a plastic card can be purchased at any GEPUR Store. In the form of a barcode (electronically) — on the Website https://gepur.com/, on the official Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/gepurofficial, through the GEPUR app, or on the partner website https://giftmall.com.ua/. The GEPUR Electronic Certificate is an instant gift. It is the fastest way to give your loved ones the opportunity to independently choose their perfect GEPUR look. There is no need to wait for delivery or look for the nearest store. The Electronic Certificate has the same terms of use as a physical card, but gives you many more personalization options:

Any denomination — you choose the gift amount yourself (from UAH 500).
A design for your occasion — choose a stylish certificate cover, and the recipient will receive a beautiful message by e-mail or in Viber.
Warm words — you can add a personal greeting and signature to make the gift special.
Holiday planning — you can specify in advance the date when the recipient should receive the message.

Important: activation of the Electronic Certificate takes place within 1 business day. The message to the recipient will be sent on the date selected by you, but not earlier than the moment of full activation of the certificate. Gift Certificate worth UAH 500.
Gift Certificate worth UAH 1,000.
Gift Certificate worth UAH 2,000.
Gift Certificate worth UAH 2,500.
Gift Certificate worth UAH 5,000.

The Website or the Store has the right, without any additional notice, to unilaterally change the list of available denominations. All current denominations remain valid until the end of their validity period. The selling price of the Certificate corresponds to its denomination. No discounts apply when purchasing the Certificate unless otherwise expressly agreed by the Parties. The Certificate is ready for use (activated) on the day of its sale. Please note: activation of the Electronic Certificate (with a flexible denomination) takes place within 1 business day. The Buyer bears personal responsibility for the correctness of the recipient’s contact details (e-mail, phone number) and the data for the electronic receipt. In case of an error in the specified data, the Website or the Store has the right to refuse a refund or re-sending of the Certificate.

USE OF THE CERTIFICATE

The Certificate can be exchanged for goods within the specified denomination:

in any GEPUR Store — in Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Dnipro;
on the Website https://gepur.com/;
on the official Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/gepurofficial.

The Certificate is not a means of payment. It may be used only once for one purchase (one receipt). After use, the plastic card is withdrawn by the cashier, and the electronic barcode is deactivated. Several Certificates may be combined in one purchase. Payment details:

If the cost of the goods is higher than the denomination, the consumer pays the difference.
If the cost of the goods is lower than the denomination, the difference is neither refunded nor retained.
If delivery by Nova Poshta with cash on delivery is selected, the Certificate cannot be used for making a prepayment.
The Certificate does not apply to the “Fitting” or “Reservation” services.

Return of goods: In case of return of goods purchased with the Certificate, the cash equivalent of the denomination is not paid out. The Buyer may choose another product of the same or lower value. If payment was made partly in cash and partly by Certificate, the cash portion is returned to the payment details, and the Certificate portion is returned in the form of a new promo code. The Certificate is valid for 180 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period expires, the Certificate is canceled, and the funds are not refunded.

OTHER TERMS

By purchasing or using the Certificate, the consumer confirms that they have read these Rules, agree to them, and undertake to comply with and fulfill them.

The Website and the Store have the right to make changes to these Rules. Notification of such changes by publishing an updated version of the Rules is made on https://gepur.com/
