Заказала чёрную, внешне хорошенькая, но мне пришла с браком, оторвана цепочка, но это не проблема можно самостоятельно починить, но там где крепятся ручки у края сумки кожа была потресканная, хотела сделать возврат, но оператор сказала что из России не принимают пока и не известно когда начнут, поэтому предложили уладить ситуацию, меня вполне устроило, спасибо гипюр
