I ordered without knowing the information, because I really liked the model. The order has not yet arrived, I hope everything is fine. Lately, I have been faced with a similar situation several times: I ask a question, but I remain without an answer. I have been buying at Gepur for many years, I am a regular customer, I have never had such problems before. Very unpleasant. I hope that over time the attitude towards customers will become the same. However, I will not be surprised if my comment is not published, it will be "lost" along with questions to which I have not received answers.
