It is comfortable to wear, does not prick, and a slight "puffiness" is characteristic of such products and becomes less noticeable over time. As for the piles - alpaca is less prone to the formation of pellets than regular wool, but with active friction (for example, from a bag), they can appear, as on any soft things. We recommend washing by hand or on a delicate cycle in cool water, without spinning. It is better to dry horizontally to maintain its shape. After washing, the sweater remains soft and does not deform if you follow these recommendations.🙏
